1. Processing Time

    

   • Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

   • For bank transfers, please ensure you have sent the payment receipt via WhatsApp for verification to avoid delays.

    

2. Shipping Methods

    

   • We ship via J&T / Pos Laju for all delivery orders.

   • Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is shipped.

    

3. Delivery Time

    

   • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your location.

   • Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

    

4. Self-Pickup 

    

   • Customers who choose cash payment or prefer to collect their order in person can opt for self-pickup.

   • Pickup location and time will be arranged and confirmed after order placement.

    

5. Shipping Responsibility

    

   • We take care to pack all items securely to prevent damage during shipping.

   • However, we are not responsible for damages, delays, or losses that occur during transit.

   • In case of damage during shipping, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

    

6. International Shipping 

    

   • We currently only ship within Malaysia.

   • Customers outside this area should contact us for special arrangements.
